Wu -Yi Diet Tea I cancelled the order one day after i ordered it and they said that was cancelled but that are still charging my visa thats five months, my visa company is trying to help me

I cant believe they are doing this, I was away for 5 months and didnt they were charging my visa, I will be careful from now on. My visa company is trying to get my money back

I ordered it on Jan24th and cancelled it on the 25th I have all documents they said it was cancelled and they have been charging my visa every month since. I phoned them and its a message and they say to email, I tried that and it dont work, it comes back, no address.
