Ripoff Free trial with no time to try still charged

I ordered what was touted as a free trial of whiteovernight teeth whitener. I went into the hospital with a stroke before reciving it, by the time I could look at it I had already been charged they would not reverse the charges I am working with my bank to stop this.

I see by you site they have many names and move around a lot. Buyer beware on this one
