Well, after seeing a charge on my bank statement I immediate took action... I called the bank, the number on the banks records was the WRONG number... It was a cell phone number (909-630-3160) where in which she even gave the actual number to the place (909-930-3060)... I tried and tried calling with NO answer time after time..
I left several voicemails, where in which my calls were NEVER returned... Then after calling and calling I finally got thru to an actual person... She was VERY rude to me and even hung up on me...
I didnt stop there... I kept calling, not letting up... Everytime the guy said enter your phone number Id hang up and call again... Finally after burning off some minutes on my cell phone I got thru to another agent...
After speaking with her I actually was able to find the website and then realized the website wasnt even spelled the way it was charged onto my banking account... The bank had White Overnight, and the actual spelling was White Overnite... I had no clue, I just wanted the free sample for $4.87 and that was it...
Then she informs me that I cant get a refund and that I was going to be charged another $74.95 if it wasnt canceled... The ONLY way to cancel was to then get charged a $35 cancelation fee or to weive the fee you could keep the product that was already sent and deal with the $69.95 charge for the product and a $15.95 charge for the shipping...
After all this mass confusion I finally got it canceled, but not before being out nearly $90...
MAJOR, MAJOR SCAM!!! Dont fall for it...
You know its pretty bad when you do a search for white overnite and ALL the search results are angry customers that were all scammed... Not even the actual website popped up in the search results... That right there should tell you something...
