I made the colossal mistake of e-mailing for a "free sample" of a teeth whitening product -just paying for shipping & handling by credit card of course. Now I have a charge for $158.27 USD on my credit card and no real way of getting hold of these gangsters because they keep changing the name of their product. I ordered South Beach White but received Vibrant Smile, they also go under Premium White.
I would have never ordered this product but they had a link on the CNN website which linked me to Natural Source Store website ; when I phoned their 'support' # 954-237-2690 they claimed to have no record of my order and that it was probably another Company that is affiliated to their website. This makes it extremely difficult and confusing to stop any further charges.
I phoned VISA and told them of my problem and they said not to worry but to e-mail the company -telling them to stop my order and cancel my account BUT how do I contact them? I've tried going back to the original site which is now 'effective-teeth-cleaner.com" but all product names have changed and when I attempted to contact customer sevice from this site I get linked to www.websupportcenter.com/support/locate and again they have no record of my order... Yet I billed $158.27 (go figure)
