Did order a teeth whitening sample from these people that had been offered on a web page that offered many products that could be trialed and write a research opinion afterwards. At no time did the web site nor the page offering the trial state that you were ordering a continuous product to be delivered and to be charged for nor an op out to receiving more product. Did receive the sample but never got around to using it right away. Two weeks later I got my credit card bill and there was the charge for $3.95 for the sample PLUS a charge for $106.90 from them for teeth whitening products. I had not ordered any additional nor had I received any additional products. I called my credit card and spoke with the fraud division. They told me that I had also been charged that day for an addtional $106.90 for more teeth whitening product. I had not received any addtional product nor had I ordered any. I disputed both charges on the phone and they sent me two forms to fill out. The two charges were at this time removed but now this month I was charged for more product at the sum of $106.90. Needless to say now I am mad. I disputed again with the credit card and am getting another form to fill out. I also filled a report with the FBI and Internet Fraud Division. I Also filed a report with the FDA as they are using the FDA seal on their web site but stating farther back in the site that they are not FDA approved.
White Over Nite seems to have a rather large file with the BBB and alot of complaints filed with them also. Wished I had seen that report before ordering the trial.
