In January, I ordered the "free-trial" of LeanLifePM from the internet. I had to give them my account information for shipping costs. I took the pills for a couple of days and could not continue taking them because they messed up my stomach. I DID NOT order any other bottles but in Feb. I received 2 more bottles with an invoice that said they had charged my (debit from my checking acct.) card $99.90.
I sent the 2 unopened bottles back by certified mail along with a letter that said I could not take the pills and would they please send my refund to my mailing address. I received the signed confirmation card dated 2/27/06 at the beginning of March.
I called them frequently and was finally told that the bottles were checked back in on 04/05/06 and that I should call back in a week. I called back on 04/15/06 and was told to write a letter to PO Box 125, Draper, Utah, 84020 and I sent that letter off on 04/24/06. As of today, 05/12/06 there has been no word from anyone and when I called 1-866-370-7271 again today, I was given the same run-around.
