I clicked on the 7 day free trial. Weeks later I get two bottles of Hoodia 66 and a 99. Debit from my checking. I sent them back, via USPS delivery confirmation. Hoodia 66 received these two bottles back on 3-25-06. It is now 5-9-06 and I have yet to receive a credit. I did sned it back with a tracking number which I have on hand. They are thieves.
After about a dozen calls there, I was told to write Corporate since "they were the only people that could issue this refund." So I did. I sent them a letter on 4-12-06. I have not heard back anything nor have I received a refund. I called 866-370-7271 again today, requesting to speak to a Superviser. Of course, there was not one available. There never is.
I was told again to write Corporate. I asked for a phonenumber, email address or even fax number to contact Corporate since "writing a letter" is very very out dated. She said "there was no way to call them." They dont have phones?
In my eyes this is just their way of avoiding people like myself. They got their product back and still have my money. They are thieves. I told her I wanted a Superviser to call me back by days end. I know this will not happen. It never has before.
On top of all of this, I also had E-Curves take out money twice. So technically I am out 164.00 dollars. I have no product, and I have no money. Again, nothing but thieves. I pray to God there is action of some sort taken against this company. They are not at all reputable. They deserve to an attorney contact them letting them know this will no longer be tolerated.
