I ordered a free trial bottle on the internet. I checked the box stating I only agreed to pay the shipping on the free bottle. Received free bottle and then two more bottles were sent. I called customer service and was told to return the unopened bottles and I would be given a refund. I was given a cancellation number. I was charged $99.90.
I waited one month after returning bottles and was not given refund. I have been calling every week for over two months and was told every time that my refund was being processed. I called again today and was told that under the Terms & Conditions, I will not receive a refund. I asked to speak to a someone at the Corporate office and was told that the woman on the phone did not have that number and she did not work directly for the company.
So, basically this company is getting my money, their lousy product and their is nothing I can do about it?!
