Oral Bright duped me by providing a trial offer for $1.97 shipping fee only. Less than three weeks later another shipment arrived and I was stunned. Less than a month later a charge of $49.95 appeared on my credit card state. I immediately called the company and asked how to cancel. I asked for the representative's name and wasn't given a representative number or name. She was cordial and helpful and gave me a long explanation of how returned merchandise is handled, and it would be better if I just gave the product to someone. I made a second call on 04/13 and was thoroughly harassed by someone who spoke little English and I requested that the second charge of $49.95 be removed from my account because on 04/10 I was told that no more charges would be billed to my credit card because the first person informed me that all I had to do was to [email protected]
Today, 04/13 I called Capitol One and asked for help to no avail. I also asked that my account be closed and was told by two different representatives that even if the account was closed the charges would still be accepted. Unauthorized charges, how insane. Help me!
A third call was made to Oral Bright and the representative was very demeaning and not helpful at all, he kept putting me on hold and over 40 minutes later I just hung up. He stated that shipments would continue to come to me and I could do nothing about it. He did not give his name and I am very concerned. I have had this account since 1996 and believe that Capitol One as well as Oral Bright is putting the screws to my money and it is not even going to US workers. Help!!!
