Oral Bright free sample if you provide your credit card for shipping 30 days later you get charged 49.95 for another shipment

The company entises you by sending you a free sample of Oral Bright. They ask you to provide the shipping fees by divulging your credit card number. One month later they billyou $49.95 for the next shipment that they have already shipped. You cannot return the product because it falls into the catagory of health care and health care products cannot be returned.
