After paying 4.95 for a one time trial offer of Oral Bright Teeth Whitening System, I was sent one box with a seven day supply of the Oral Bright gel and trays, with instructions for use.
The product did lighten my teeth slightly, however it blistered my gums and tongue, and the skin on the roof of my mouth actually peeled like a bad sunburn. I wait tables for a living and my company's health insurance is a joke, so I couldn't afford to see a doctor because of this.
Less than one month later, my bank account was charged for 24.99 and I received another shipment of Oral Bright. The box has never been opened, and the minor lightening that happened with the first use went away after two weeks.
I contacted and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, because I never agreed to a six month supply of this Oral Bright, and they are charging my bank Visa debit card without my permission.
My bank card was shut down due to misuse, and I was on the phone with the bank for thirty minutes trying to sort this all out. Luckily they stopped payment on any upcoming charges, and are researching my complaint. However I still have to have a new card issued to me because mine was shut down due to misuse.
When I tried to call Oral Bright after finally finding a number for them, I was placed on hold, given the time it would take for a representative to speak with me, and was told what caller number I was. After finally thinking I was going to speak with someone, an automated message told me to email customer service for any issues or questions.
I am NOT happy with Oral Bright, or the fact that there is no phone number on the packaging or inside it at all, you never get to speak with a live body, and when you search the address you come up with zilch. The only way I found a number for them was through this site.
