I placed and order for Adipex diet pills online. I have done this before with other companies with no problem. I check back on the status of my order after a day or so and it stated order denied and substitue product to be sent. They still charged my debit card 64.95. I told them not to send this product to me as it had not shipped at the time of the 1st conversation.
I was informed all orders were final and no refund would be given. I had not choice but to take what the were sending. I spoke to Paulina Counsel and after arguing with her she did agree to refund my money less a service fee on 9.95. I was told in the following days a check had been mailed to me. That was over 2 weeks ago and still have no recieved my money.
I have called her daily requesting a refund and ask her to call me back. No calls.
Please do not use this company. They will rip you off. The only solution is to file complaint with your bank and dispute the charges and file any compaint you can online with the Florida State BBB and usacomplaints.com.
