If you feel that the billing department needs to know then you can forward this text to them. I have read the better business bureau complaint file for this company and will not negotiate.

Shawn: It stated in the terms and agreements: I understand and agree to allow Direct Pharmacy, Inc to contact the physician with regard to a prescription request. If the physician does not approve my prescription within 3 business days, I understand that my order will be substituted with the #1 non-prescription weight loss product. My charges, in place of the prescription product, will be adjusted to equal: 30 day order=$55.00 / 60 day order=$77.00 / 90 day order=$93.00.

Shawn: that is what you agreed to, otherwise the order would not have been processed
You: i'm sure my complaint means nothing to your company. Since you already have an "unsatisfactory" rating with the bbb, i'm obviously just one of many unhappy customers. But just so people can avoid the pitfalls of doing business with your company and you have provided such valuable information, i will post this entire thread in all of my complaints and i am going to proceed to research and utilize every single complaint avenue i can find.
