I bought the magnetic footbraces and thumb rings in may returned them first week in June. (they were a complete joke!) Alex told me to wait for june, august statement, they only credit once a month.
Now were in september, talked to alex chiu this morning, very rude, told me several times just contact your credit card co. And file a dispute.
Not knowing how cr. Card co. Work, since its been so long they may not be able to recover my $140.00!!
Alex Chiu know exactly how the cr. Card cos work and uses it to steal from every consumer who purchases his laughable inventions.
