WE ordered from this company, they sell Jewelry for Free but charge$6.99 to ship it, well it is so cheap that it turns your fingers black.
I emailed them about it, even though they claim they do not refund you cause it is only shipping you pay. Thus the scam. That way you cannot get your money back.
I emailed them and told them 2 of the rings turned back. Yet my wife later said more turned black, she just did not want me to feel bad cause I bought them for Christmas..
Here all 13 items I bought did, well 6 things were not rings, but they told me I could return ANY Rings that turned Black, so I did, 7 Rings, I also returned the earrings that turned black, and bracelets thinking once they seen they did to they would refund as they stated they will stand behind their products..in their email..
When I emailed them that there were 13 items, they balked and said I bought you aid only 2 rings and was confused, I explained to them, and they never wrote back so I assumed it was ok, well after a whole week I knew they got them back since they only are 2 days mail away from me in MN, they never refunded me nor wrote back they received them.
I emailed them and was informed they did get them back, but was only refund the 2 rings I stated, after that it was like pulling teeth and threats from them, even though I'm not the bad guy here, they said at first they would contact there so called credit department t let me know later today, then after that they said they would inspect them and refund those that they felt should be, on Monday, why wait if you have them over a week already?
Things just don;t add up so I looked up there address, here it is a residential address for a day care even. I commented on that and no answer. Well I gave them a time to refund me by or I was calling my bank, and they told me they would turn me in for abusive cause I was going to charge them back..
I just called my bank and got my money back and it will be in my account in 24hrs. Do not buy from them please...
