In January I filled out a survey online that offered a free sample of Boulder Nature Labs product Cortiban. There was a $4.95 shipping charge to receive the sample. I filled in the order form, however there were several other windows that popped up while I was completing the form and I was not sure if it even processed.
Several weeks later I recieved the product along with a bottle of MultiMaxx Vitamins and a DVD. There was no type of packing slip or any other enclosed paperwork. Again several weeks later I received a second box with another bottle of Cortiban and MultiMaxx. Once again there was no type of packing slip, etc. I considered it a mistake and due to health reasons decided to put off contacting them until later this month.
Since receiving the second box I discovered a charge for $69.95 and $9.95 on my credit card. Yesterday 3/9/06 I received another box and found that they had again charged my credit card another $69.95 and $9.95. I contacted the Boulder Nature Lab on 3/10/06 at 1:55pm and was told only one product could be returned and I would be charged a 25% restock fee.
I never ordered the products, never received any type of packing slip or invoice and never approved the charges to my card. The customer service rep (Cheryl) was extremely rude, told me a supervisor was not available and that their software was ready to shut down any moment and she could not help me any further.
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. The company is a total scam ripping off innocent people. I am unemployed and disabled at the time. I would never make a purchase of this type. I have all supporting documents in paper form and packaging.
