I ordered the free trial. I also cancelled the auto-ship prior to the 14 day free trial. However after the 14 days I was still billed 28.97 for ecurves.com. I was not told that I had become a member, this was not very clear. When I called the company the rep advised that I had cancelled and I needed to cancel ecurve. But I needed to do it online. I then went to the website and found that the website was down. I then telephoned them again and was told that I need to add www to the name to access the website. I then logged on to the website and successfully cancelled the membership. However the rep advised that they could not issue a refund. I truly hope this is the end of my troubles with this company.
