Ripoff refused refund on website, not ordered, not used, was cancelled, no refund

When you try the product you are given a website free for 30 days, then charged monthly, I cancelled website as told by upline, was told it would be cancelled, When I received order, the website was charged, I called, I was told it would be taken off, it was not, I called back they side it was decided that there would be no refund. I immediatly cancelled my auto ship of $50 per mo. Until this was fixed. I have sent numerous emails, with no response. They refuse a refund on a website I did not want, did not use, and I cancelled it. If they are dishonest about this, I do not trust anything they say. Yhey lost a $50 per mo. Customer because they would not refund for the website
