I called to set up the delivery of a trailer for a family reunion in June. I never received a confirmation via email (as promised) so I called, (multiple times since they do not answer the phones).in early July, I finally got a receipt via email, which was wrong. I once again corrected their error and made sure their system was documented. On 7/13, I received a call from Pam confirming the dates, services and drop off location. On 8/3, I called to obtain a delivery time as no one had contacted me. Robert promised that he would call me back by noon the next day. At this point, I lost track of the number of times I was promised a call back. Not a single person had called me back in response to my voice, or email messages not to mention the people I actually talked to. On 8/4, I called again and spoke to Robert. I was told that the person handling my order was not in and he could not provide me any information. I insisted on talking to a Supervisor. Guess what... I left a message for 2 different people and never got a call back. I called at least 10 times on 8/6 and left a message as the trailer was supposed to be delivered on 8/6. It is now 8/11 and I have yet to hear from these people. No trailer was ever delivered. Not a single call returned by them. The worst customer service i have ever had. I would caution anyone who wants to use these people. They have crushed a great idea/concept for many families and destroyed a family reunion.
