Bsleep's phone sales rep was very nice initially. She offered a multi-bed discount, free in-home set up and removal of my old bed, and free shipping. None of it happened, however I was billed almost immediately!
It has been 2 full months since my order was placed and still no beds (they were promised in 10-20 days). After not getting satisfaction from the sales rep or customer service, I attempted to contact anyone at the company that would respond and left numerous voice messages.
After cancelling my order via email, I received a message from customer service offering another $100 discount. I declined and once again requested a refund. There has been no response.
Today (May 8), I called bsleep again and learned that the sales rep's voice mail was full and I could not leave a message. A recording indicated that the factory is closed until May 20 and that my call would not be answered until then.
