Ripoff deceptive company the business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us calif ohio

Ordrered these (great) tooth brushes on line (2) when we finily got them one broke in two weeks. I called 3 times now and they said they would send me another one. Have not seen another replacement in over a year. I paid alot of money for these and would like them to refund me and give me the second one.
