Scam - Ripoff - Thieves They stole my money

I oringinally purchased a FREE trial sample of UltraBurn PM for only $4.87, shipping and handling.

What you don't realize that in the terms and conditions (on about the 15th page) you are automatically signed up for some crap exercise program.

They will automatically charge and ship the products to you for $46.90. You will not be given a refund if you do not cancel before they ship the products. Unfortunately I did not find out they were shipping anything until they charged my account.

I called to have this cancelled and the woman I spoke to "Candice" knew exactly what was going on and acted like this was a common occurence.

She did not care in the least that they took money out of my account without warning and almost made my car payment bounce.

I asked her if there was any hope of getting my money back and she said I could go to my bank and that the bank would contact them and she would fax there terms and conditions, in other words no.

I went to the bank, Wells Fargo, and I had to cancel my debit card, and I was given an 800 number to contact and file a fraud claim against them.

I will post an update after I find out if they will be able to help me.
