I ordered a toothbrush, after a year it stopped working. I called, they sold me an extended warrenty, and asked me to return the product. I did. Nothing happened (this was Dec '01) I called and was told a replacement was on the way (Jan '02) Nothing happened. Called again (Feb '02) was told it was on the way. Nothing. Called again (March '02) Told it was on the way. Nothing
