Supposed to be a free trial - not free.
As you move through their web form to sign up for the free trial it is not made deliberately obvious that you will be billed monthly if you do not cancel your "membership".
You will get your trial about 20 days after you order it and then they bill you for the next months supply - I never even got to try it out and see if it worked before they nailed me with an 88 dollar bill!
Theior customer service is a joke - all they will tell you is that the website would not have processed the order unless you agreed to the terms. So I said fine, the website says refunds are available for unwanted and unused product so I emailed them and requested an RMA.
Got the same response as intial inquiry; apparently they are good at copy and paste in email but not so good at actually reading them.
2nd and 3rd requests for RMA# have yet to be answered - I am not holding my breath.

Better Business Bureau
