No product sent, no answer to emails, please send product! Ripoff

As you can see, I placed an order with northwest glass art on july 4. Its been 8 days and my order still states (proccessing) and no effort has been made by greg to rectify the problem. No answer to my numerious emails and no returned phone calls.

I understand Greg, that you fill and ship over 100 orders a day but, I find it hard to believe that my order is 800 orders behind. If that is the case, then you need to hire some help.

I will be filing a report with the "IFCC' (Internet Fraud Complaint Center) The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). Here is the link to thier website if anyone else wants to file with them as well. Http://www1. Ifccfbi. Gov/index.Asp The more reports filed with them the better. They are a division of the FBI and accually investigate internet fraud.

I will continue to file these reports (once a day) and hope that Greg will finally fill and send my order.

Please greg... Ship my order.
