I ordered the "FREE" Sample, and for you lean life supporters out there, yes, I read the fine print, and decided to cancel right away so if I did like the product, I could spend the 90 something dollars at my discretion, not theirs. So I sent an email to the company twice a day for the whole 14 days. And the emails got more demanding after the "free trial" made me sick. But still no reply, no reply to over 28 emails.
Then, I was balancing my checkbook with what was online, and checking my credit card statement, and there it was, an unauthorized $99.90 deduction, I called and caled and called.
Just 10 minutes ago I got through at the number above, Bobbi's extension is 2861 I think, and she said my account was finally cancelled and I would recieve a credit on my next billing statement. We'll see...
If they give you the run around, tell them you have already consulted with your lawyer about the case and that this is their last chance before court. I didn't actually contact my lawyer, but it got my refund/credit.
I really didn't need this, hurricane Katrina hit my family hard enough, then relocating to cleveland, replacing a car lost in the hurricane, my new car needs a $600 repair, it's Christmas shopping season, I can't afford to deal with companies that want to take a hundred dollars from me when i don't have much to go around.
