I was solicited over the phone. The rep. Said I would recieve a months free supply of diet pills. I told him I would pay the shipping of $4.85? But I didn't want anymore unless I contacted him. He said great and took my debit card info. I never recieved the product. Thirty days later the amt. Of $46.90 was deducted from my bank (causing an overdraft). I called the company and wanted my money returned to my account. The rep. Told me they had the wrong address but company policy was no refunds, even though I had not even recieved the free sample.
