Ripoff they charged my cedit card for $99.90. I did not authorize this transaction

I signed up for a free sample of lean life for $2.95 that was to cover the shipping. A few days later I saw that on my credit card statement there was an unauthorized transaction for $99.90 that was charged to my credit card.
