This company will not sign for returned merchandise and the post office sends it back to me

I have sent merchandise back to this company. They have refused to sign for it according to the post office. I have been told by the post office that this mdse. Is on the way back to my home. I have e-mailed this company three times and received no answer. I just sent another e-mail today, Saturday 2-26-11.
