Placed order on 7/7/05 for FinalSmoke System $99.95 Reciept says to allow 2 week for delivery. On 7/21/05 I inquired about status of order and got the following reply.

Your order has been received, processed and shipped. We did have a delay and apologize for any inconvenience. Your order is in transit and will be arrriving shortly. Thank you for your patience and interest in FinalSmoke!

On 7/28/05 I called their number (got voice mail) and said I wanted to place an order, I received a return phone call in 5 mins. Once I had them on the phone, I asked them where my order was, they told me it shipped on 7/27/05 which is what they said on 7/21/05. I was promised I would have my order by 8/4/05. At which point if I don't have my order I will demand my money back.
