Protective Marking aka Protective Consumer Direct ripoff discount health care program and saving on medial svc. All the provider's that they gave my wife, never heard of the plan and they will not refund my wife money

My wife order their smart-health plus discount program to experience up to 60% saving on medical svc and 30% on hospital sve also a eye plan. When I called to get names of provider every provider I called never heard of pme or was not on their list. I request a refund for my fund and was denied. This plan is a rip-off.
