Somebody out there please help me.
My friend's family needed health insurance. They had nothing. They were laid off of work and they needed medical help. As a friend of Elaine's I looked on the internet for a company that was cheap and would take them with all of their problems.
I got a call from a young lady named Heather. She said she had insurance for their family for $100. She said they could go to the dr and pay $20 and when they went to the hospital everything was covered and prescritions are free on the plan. She kept the lies flowing until I got the plan for my friend.
Poor Elaine had to go to the hospital and now her bills are over 100,000 dollars. They have done nothing. They never call back and we can never get anyone on the phone. We are out hundreds of dollars and they keep taking more out of our account even though we sent them a letter to cancel.
We need help!!! They are about to put a lien on Elaine's house. How could a company be so horrible??? Somebody out there please help Elaine. We have already called the state attorney for Texas. If anyone out there ever receives a call from this company-hang up they will steal lie and cheat just to make their billions.
