I spoke to a representative and asked for a refund and got an cancellation #. I asked to speak to a manager not the manager of my account; he stated that no one would be able to refund my money and his manager was not in at this time.
I work in a call center and explained to him that there was someone above him and they needed to contact me. He stated not at this time, I was furious and cursed him out. I told him that the charges were frivilous and I wanted my money back he stated that he could not refund my money and I had another bottle in the mail and he would cancel the rest of my order.
Informed the rep that if any more money was taken out of my account that I would take legal actions. The rep ended the call. I will now contact my bank to stop all charges from them.
I too wish I had read this report before now. I am highly pisted and am willing to take legal actions.
