We ordered "My Whitening" because we have recently quit smoking and wanted to rid our teeth of the discoloring. We thought, from what we read we were dealing with a company here in the US. A company that would be there if we wanted to ask questions, or had a problem. Boy were we wrong!!!
After we recieved our product, which did nothing for our teeth, we were charged $78.93 for another shipment, which 2, weeks later still has not arrived, and another charge of $4.99 for the money exchange. You see the company not only is not in the US, nothing to do with them is.
Customer service is a joke, they barely speak english and have no idea what you are saying to them, of course that is ok cause you can not understand them either.
I spent 35 minutes on the phone trying to cancel my membership, which I did not know I had signed up for. Then asked to speak to his supervisor to be told that it would be 72 hours or longer before he would be able to call me back. I told him to have someone with athority and that spoke english call me back. I figure that is why I am still waiting after 2 weeks for the call back.
I then called my bank who got them on the line in a 3 way call to cancel my membership, after dealing with the two of us we finelly got it canceled the membership.
We also have no garentee that we will get our money back, but we did have to cancel the card and get a new one reissued.
Please don'tt buy anything from them!!!
