I had bought the book by Kevin Trudeau called "Natural Cures they don't wan't you to know about" and was intrigued by what he had to say. However, no cures were actually mentioned except that it would be posted on his website. So I decided to become a member. I found that my questions were not responded to. They send a quick response saying it will take them 7-10 business days to respond to an email. That's ridiculous! I found that I wasn't getting my money's worth out of the website and wanted to cancel my membership.
I was directed to the "my account" button on the website and low and behold, it is still under construction (for six months now!) and I can't cancel my membership. Oh, and guess what, there is no toll free number (or any number for that matter) that one can call to cancel their membership via phone. The only support they give is [email protected] and I am still waiting (two weeks later) for a response and a phone number I can call. After all this, my account is still getting charged monthly. I am at the point I am going to pay extra just to stop the charges through the bank because of this fraud. I am sure I am not the only one that is having this problem.
Kevin Trudeau mentions in his book that he is not about the money, but there isn't one free thing on his website and all he does is send you emails to buy more of his crap! Moeny, that is all he is about!
