Lens INdirect, Slow, or NEVER

I would stay away from Lens Direct. Over and over, I have had to wait weeks for product; been subjected to nasty, incompetent and smarmy customer service people; and frequently been lied to about lenses being in stock when they clearly weren't.

Most often, it was clear that Lens Direct did not stock my lenses at all, although they are a popular brand and widely available, meaning that there was nothing "Direct" about this company. What, then, was the value in dealing with these people? And recently they changed their software and failed to retain any of my customer information... I wonder who sold them that package?

There are many, much more reputable and decent places online from which to get lenses, and that will treat you better. Do yourself and stay away from these nasty people who display that uniquely New York-style of rudeness and a lack of customer care.
