Appera Whitening ripoff dosn't credit accounts when product returned, doesn't receive returned items

Applied for trial membership during Wal-Mart survey (another misleading, false advertising gimmick), stated 14 day free trial - however didn't receive the product for at least a week, cancelled a day or two late, received another product in the mail - I returned mailed it from post office that day or the next with return to sender marked on it. Received bill on credit card for that product. I called the company to have them remove the billing, was on hold forever, - the supervisor Jason Dean stated that they could not credit my account because the product was not returned and even if it had been returned they do not accept returns even if returned immediately they just return it right back to me.

They would not remove my credit card charge as they did not have the product or documented that it was returned (how could they if they don't accept returns). I called the local post office and they said all items that say "return to sender" and are unopened are returned to the sender without charge. It takes 1-3 business days for delivery to that address. The company can not refuse to receive it back - but what they do with it after that is the companies business - they could throw it away and there is nothing that anyone can do.
