Hi there and thank you for listening to my story. My name is Laura Dahl, I am a young mom and wife. I am writing because I have been cheated and The Fountain of Youth stole from me. I went to The Fountain of Youth because I wanted to get a nose job. I had been desiring one for most of my life. I put $2,900.00 down. The total procedure cost is $5,000.00 (it was a little more but that is an estimate). We had a family emergency and I needed to get my money back. I had told the women who was working with me at the Fountain of Youth (her name is Anbella if you need it), and she totally turned on me and was no longer the nice lady I had always talked too, she was rude and said she did not understand. Well, anyways, That was on April 14 (which was a thursday). Anabella told me she would call me back and see how much money I could get back because the contract states I can only get a total refund if I cancelled within 30-days (well, I cancelled by the 31st or 32nd day... So I feel I should've been able to get my full money back but whatever, a contracts a contract right?). So, to get to my point, I never heard back from her so I called later in the day and she said she was waiting for the accounting department to get back with her. So I called every single working day until I finally went in there and I talked to Dr. Scott, with my husband present. Scott had informed us that Anabella had did us a favor and put a rush on our refund and that it should be coming in the mail the following friday, and I could only get back $2,400.00 because I was a day or two off my contract, BUT, he then said they are going to do me yet another favor and put the $500.00 they take out for a down payment on another procedure or I could use it at their day spa (I really would like to just get my whole refund back). The doctor then shook me and my husband's hand and again promised us they weren't stealing our money and we would have it by the following friday. So, the sucker I am believed the doctor. I checked the mail the following friday and of course I received nothing from them. Not even a note saying "HAHA you were scammed". I have been calling the doctor's office EVERY DAY and the doctor is conveniently busy and he WILL NOT return my calls! I am never going to get my money back I just know it. I am so desperate. I need this money more then ever now and I just wish we could find a way to get these scum bags to atleast call us back! One time the doctor was in the background when i called and I heard him say "just tell them im in a meeting or with a client." what the hell is that!? PLEASE!!! Please!!! Please!!! Help me.
