Rip-off stole $90 with out authorization wont return your call California

I got a free trial of teeth whitining. They sent me three months suply and charged me $90 with out authorization and Will NOT return my call.

You call the number they say you have to go online. I go online and they tell you want a call back fill this out. I filled it out no response.
