This is a tanning establishment. I had been with them for over 3 years. Late last year I moved away from the area and called to cancel my membership. I was told that I would have to be charged an additional month but that they would cancel it for me and December 04 would be the last time I would be charged.
I found out at the beginning of May that they had been charging my account $49.00 every month since. I called to enquire and was told that I needed to fill out a form to cancel. I explained to the girl what was told to me and she said that accounts were not cancelled that way that I had to fill out the form.
I called and spoke with the owner and she was not very sympathetic to the situation either.in a nut shell I just paid $250.00 over the last five months for something I never received.
What a horrible way to hope to keep your customer or have them tell anyone to go to see you.
