I ordered my first cybersonic system through an informercial.in my order was a coupon that entiled me to free shipping and half price on my next order.
I was charged for shipping, but i could never get through to customrer to complain. Finally, i called the cybersonic offfice and complained (not a toll-free number).
The woman on the phone apologized and assured me that she would issue a credit to me.
This over a month ago; i've received two statements and no credit! Still, i can't get anyone on the phone.
Customer service is horrible.
