A Cybersonic toothbrush system was ordered in early 2001 in response to Cybersonic's TV ad. When I telephoned in October, they could not find the order and reentered it. I never received the product from either order.
On 01/28 I was charged $4.65 for S&H on "free" replacement brushes, which I did receive but which were of absolutely no use to me without the Cybersonic brush. On 04/19 the same thing happened again.
I called (800) 770-7525 more than 30 times. Often the line was busy, but on most occasions the telephone was answered with a message to the effect that they were too busy to answer the phone and suggesting that I call back later.
Having failed in so many attempts to reach the company by telephone, on May 2 I sent an email cancelling the authority to make further charges to my credit card, but on 07/18 I was charged again. The email was sent to.
Today (09/05) I have written to my credit card company to block further charges and have requested that they charge the three $4.65 charges back to the merchant, if possible.
I have requested the credit card company to change my account number and issue new credit cards, if that is necessary to stop the fraudulent charges.
