I ordered a herbal cessation product from this company to help with quitting smoking.
It is in writting on their web site that they will give you your money back Guaranteed if you do not quite smoking within 30 days.
Their product does not work and I have left 5 messages and sent 4 e-mails to them requesting a response and have heard nothing back!
This product costs almost $200 with their shipping charges and they were quick to charge my American Express. They are a rip off and do not honor their 30 day money back guarantee. I would like to know if there are any other complaonts against this company. They are not listed with the NY BBB.
