Ripoff! Does not return phone calls nor emails. Doesn't send merchandise. Cincinnati

Bought a TENS unit in early Sept for $99.99. They debited my Visa acct but never sent the product. Tried to contact them by email, by regular mail and by phone. Was never able to speak to anyone. Their answering machine couldn't take anymore messages. Emails were never answered either. I tried getting a phone number today and was unable to.
