Fictitious Name renewal

I send a check to Florida assumed name services to renewal the fictitious name for $125.oo in march. The check was cashed on april 17.

I am requesting a refund and have called the office at 850 390 4666. No live person answered the phone and a message for left with details of why I was calling, but nobody has returned my call.
