Paid $125 for fictitious name renewal and need a refund

I sent a check to Florida Assumed Name Services to renew the fictitious name for $125.00 in March. The check was cashed on April 17.

I am requesting a refund and have called the office at 850 390 4666. No live person answered the phone and a message was left with details of why I was calling, but nobody has returned my call.
