I recently decided to run a little investigation on Yellowstone because I had reason to believe they were stealing my companies leads, applications, and renewals. I simply used a Google Voice phone number and an email that I had access to when submitting the applications.
This should be done for anything you send to this company and here is why. Within the same day I started getting calls from New Jersey on my Google Voice number. Nobody leaves voicemails and the numbers are always changing. When I answered I would get as much information as possible and I found that Yellowstone agents are using alias' to hide their identity while they are stealing the deals their brokers send to them.
Then came the text messages ad emails. One email actually came from a Yellowstone email address but the content was for a company called Green Capital Credit. And that was just the beginning. I also had a renewal after funding a client 4 times with Yellowstone they were ready for yet another renewal.
The borrower called us, we collected the updated banks and then Yellowstone issues us a contract on May 5th.By May 10th one of Yellowstone's in house sales reps had called the borrower and convinced them to sign the exact same agreement that we had sold the borrower on. If you need a high risk lender just sign up with Pearl, Mantis, or one of the other high risk lenders... if you send your files to Yellowstone you are competing with yourself.
We literally had another deal where we had the borrower sold on one offer and the sales agent called the borrower and stole the deal by taking some points away. They don't care about their business practices, they don;t care about their ISOs, and they don't care about their borrowers either.
