March 26,04 received offer in the mail for immediate employment working from home. The offer stressed that I could start immediately if I responded today.
I sent a check for $30.00 priority mail so I could get started immediately because I am in desperate need of work preferrably from home.
April 9,04 I believe I received a letter from Bizads requesting more money calling it a databse mgt. Fee before I could receive the work from them to begin work. I knew then I had been scammed.
April 9,04 via priority mail with signature confirmation I sent a letter requesting my money back since they cashed my check and didn't send the package they stated they would send in their advertisement and for them requesting more money when their ad. Never said that database mgt. Fee was needed before I could start work.
In return on 4/30/04 I get a letter from Bizads apologizing for my disappointment and offering me other choices instead of getting my refund. I answered that letter declining their offer of other choices verses getting my refund and requested they send my refund immediately.
May 1,04 sent another certified letter requesting my money and May 24,04. I also faxed 3 letters on 4/26,4/28 and 5/26 requesting my money.
May 17,04 @6:50am I get a phone call from Bizads asking me if I received my refund. I said no and the man who didn't give his name, stated that all refund checks were mailed out that Friday and to let them know if I get it and give them a call because the phone number is accurate.
I tried to call the bogus number again and again I couldn't get through. He calls me again on 5/21/04 and asked if I did get the check yet I of course said no and he said let me send you out another check and when you get it just tear up the other check knowing dam well he never sent me out the first check.
He confirmed my address and quickly hung up and this was the last contact I had with Bizads. I still haven't received any checks they supposedly mailed out to me some time ago. They have refused to answer any of my request for a refund.
This company is a fraud. They cashed my check and didn't send me any merchandise to begin work and gave me the run-around on the phone lieing about sending checks out that I still to this day haven't received. This is mail order fraud.
