In October I recieved information on Lipoban. I ordered the product on 10/8 and paid by check. The check was cashed on 10/18. After receiving the product and following the instructions, I realized the product did not work for me.
On 11/17, I sent the empty bottle back as per the instructions. It was received by the Clinic on 11/22 at 9:15 A.M.
I sent a letter to the Clinic on 12/22 asking how long it would take to process a refund. After reading some of the cases on the consumer complaints website, I sent a letter to the Lipoban Clinic with a copy of the Delivery Confirmation & a copy of the cashed check.
My first letter was returned unopened with the USPS sticker "Moved - no forwarding address. Return to sender." I tried calling the numbers on one of the other reports, but ALL of them have been disconnected and their website is now a blank page. I have still not heard from the clinic and now have no idea how to contact them.
If anyone can help, It would be greatly appreciated.
