I ordered the Lipoban product, followed all the directions and was totally unsatisfied. I did exactly what was said to do and I would get a refund back. I also completed their survey, with pictures included to prove it didn't work, and I still did not receive anything back.
I wrote a letter to this company with copies of my application form, cancelled check and notarized page. I recently received the letter back saying that the clinic moved and left no forwarding address!!!
Now that I have obtained another address, i am going to attempt to send these things again. If it comes back again saying that they have moved once more, I am going to take legal action and rest assured I will receive a settlement. Wouldn't it have been much easier to just give me my refund or $50???
