In the end of July I went to the Mademoiselle Spa and after agonizing whether or not i should pay the 521.00 for a two year sign up, i decided to pay and join the gym.
I got married in October and when i returned from my wedding and was ready to start using the gym again, i found out that they closed. I was fuming. I never signed any paper that said they could close. As a matter of fact, they told me that they have been open for over 30 years and have many branches and are a loyal gym.
I now have no way of getting in touch with them, and i am very upset. I would like to get my money back.
